Tobacco Curing Barn

ProMax

The flue-curing tobacco barn is the warm, dim interior of a Virginia curing barn where "bright leaf" hangs on tier-poles, taking a golden-yellow to deep-orange cast over a five-day cure, lit against weathered dark barn wood. This is American Southern agriculture of the early-to-mid twentieth century — the world of bright-leaf farming and vintage US tobacco labels.

This design system distills that aesthetic: golden cured leaf glowing in a dark warm barn — amber, sienna and straw against weathered timber, never bright paper. Type stacks slab serif, condensed sans and typewriter in the manner of period tobacco-brand labels.
