Panamanian Mola Kuna Appliqué

Born from the Guna nation's shift of body-paint motifs onto layered cotton cloth, the mola is a masterwork of reverse-appliqué — vermilion over jet-black over chrome orange, cut and stitched at millimeter precision. This design system channels that layered, high-contrast figure-on-ground aesthetic into a digital interface that honors Guna visual sovereignty.

莫拉源自巴拿马库纳亚拉群岛古纳民族将身体彩绘转移至多层棉布的传统工艺——朱红覆于漆黑之上，再露出铬橙与钴蓝，以毫米级精度剪裁缝合。本设计体系将这种高对比度、层叠式图底关系的美学转化为数字界面，致敬古纳人的视觉主权与手工智慧。
