Emergency Triage Board — Cover

About Emergency Triage Board

A design system lifted from the walls of a British A&E department: the Manchester Triage System's laminated flowcharts, its five-square mark, and the white patient-tracking board where the priority column is the only colour in the room.

Black signage sans on white, 1px rules, fixed-width tables and five flat colours — red, orange, yellow, green, blue — always paired with a category name and a target time. Nothing decorates. Everything is there to be read correctly across a corridor by someone who hasn't slept.
