Cuban Salsa Cabaret (1950)

The Cuban cabaret circuit of the 1950s — Tropicana, Sans Souci, Cabaret Parisién — represented the pinnacle of Caribbean nightlife glamour. Under open-air arched ceilings and crystal chandeliers, mambo orchestras played to audiences surrounded by brass fixtures, teak paneling, and hand-painted gilt menu cards.

This design system captures that pre-revolution dignity: deep teal rooms lit by warm amber, tropical pink accents against embossed gold script, leopard upholstery textures, and the typographic elegance of a 1957 LP sleeve.
