Paris Metro Guimard (1900)

ProMax

Hector Guimard's 167 Paris Metro entrances (1900–1912) fused cast-iron engineering with whiplash-curve botanical ornament, creating the most recognizable public-transit identity of the Belle Époque. Deep green iron tendrils, amber glass-orb lamps, and cream limestone framing turned underground railway access into civic sculpture.

This system captures that specific vocabulary — the mineral greens, the warm patina, the sinuous serif lettering — as a digital design language for projects that demand heritage gravitas with organic warmth.
