Uranium Vaseline Glass

ProMax

Uranium "Vaseline" glass is a 19th-century curiosity: pale custard-yellow by daylight, it fluoresces a brilliant electric green under ultraviolet light because of trace uranium oxide in the batch. This design system stages that phenomenon — luminous prismatic facets blooming out of a darkened cabinet near-black.

Rendered as a collector's catalogue, refined Victorian serifs caption each glowing specimen while the uranium green radiates from shadow. The mood is quiet, dark, and faintly radioactive — a Wunderkammer drawer opened under blacklight.
