Peranakan Shophouse Pastel

The Peranakan shophouses of Koon Seng Road in Joo Chiat / Katong are Singapore's most photographed heritage row — two-storey terraces from the 1920s–30s painted in documented pastels: powder-pink and rose facades crisply outlined by white pilasters, ornate plaster cornices, and majolica tile panels.

This design system distills that Straits-eclectic vocabulary into a digital language: pastel-bright but never cream, with white reserved for the crisp trim that frames every dainty, ornamental facade.

坤成路的土生华人（峇峇娘惹）店屋是新加坡最上镜的历史街区——建于二十世纪二三十年代的双层联排，外墙刷成有据可查的粉彩：粉嫩的玫瑰色与藕粉色立面，被洁白的壁柱、精致的灰塑檐口和马约利卡瓷砖嵌板清晰勾勒。

本设计系统将这套海峡折衷主义语汇转化为数字语言：色调粉嫩明亮却绝不偏向奶油色，洁白仅留给勾勒每一面娇巧、富装饰性立面的清爽线脚。
