About Planetary Defense Watch
The Torino scale was published as a chart, not a product: collision probability up one axis, kinetic energy across the other, and stepped colour bands laid over a white plate where level 0 is defined as the white itself. This system takes that plate literally.
Everything else in the watch network inherits the chart's manners. Risk lists are ruled tables, designations and MOID values sit in monospace columns, impact windows are a single line of figures, and the shift handover sheet records who was on duty when a number changed.
