Kathakali is Kerala's monumental dance-drama tradition where performers transform their faces into living sculptures through hours of painstaking rice-paste and natural-pigment application. The pacha (green) makeup — reserved for noble heroes — glows against the pitch-black night stage lit only by oil lamps, creating a visual language of extraordinary theatrical intensity.
This design system captures that midnight-kalari atmosphere: deep black grounds, saturated pacha green fields, vermilion and gold accents that flicker like lamp-flame, and monumental serif typography that echoes the carved grandeur of Kerala's temple architecture.
卡塔卡利是喀拉拉邦的古典舞剧传统，表演者耗费数小时用米糊和天然颜料在脸上堆塑出惊人的面谱。帕查（绿色）面谱专属高贵英雄角色——在只靠油灯照亮的漆黑夜台上发出深沉的光泽，构成了一套极具戏剧张力的视觉语言。
本设计系统捕捉午夜卡拉里的氛围：以深沉的黑夜为底色，饱和的帕查绿为主色域，朱砂红与金色如灯焰般跳动，配以刻碑般庄严的衬线字体，呼应喀拉拉庙宇建筑的雕刻之美。
