About HASAMI PORCELAIN
HASAMI PORCELAIN is a tableware system designed in Venice Beach in 2010 by Taku Shinomoto and made in Hasami, a Nagasaki town that has fired pottery for four centuries. Every piece shares one diameter, so a plate is also a lid and a bowl becomes the base of a tower.
This theme turns that rule into a layout. The page is the unglazed body — a dry, matte clay greige — with matte black for weight, pale ash for warmth, and wide-tracked Archivo caps for the label voice. Blocks share a footprint and vary only in height.
