Riyadh Vision 2030

Riyadh Vision 2030 is the visual language of a state remaking its own image: the clean modernist identity of NEOM, the Public Investment Fund, and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City. It speaks in deep national green, warm desert sand, and restrained gold — confident, institutional, future-facing.

The system favors generous negative space, calm grids, and large bilingual Arabic–Latin lockups over ornament. It is premium and flat: faint paper, fine gradients, and quiet geometric line motifs replace arabesque maximalism. Every surface should read as deliberate, spacious, and forward-looking.

利雅得 2030 愿景是一个国家重塑自身形象的视觉语言——它脱胎于 NEOM、沙特公共投资基金（PIF） 与利雅得皇家委员会（RCRC）那套干净的现代主义识别体系。它以深沉的国旗绿为底，辅以温暖的 沙漠米色与克制的金色，气质自信、庄重、面向未来。

这套系统偏爱大面积留白、沉静的网格，以及阿拉伯文与拉丁文并置的大字号双语锁定排版，而非 繁复纹样。整体扁平而高级：至多一层淡淡的纸质肌理或细腻渐变，配以安静的几何线条母题， 彻底告别"天方夜谭"式的金碧堆砌。每一个界面都应显得审慎、开阔、向前。
