Chipperfield Museum Gray

Chipperfield Museum Gray distills the restrained museum architecture of David Chipperfield — the Neues Museum and James-Simon-Galerie in Berlin — into a digital design system. The ground is hand-sandblasted precast concrete with Saxon white-marble aggregate: a pale, sober warm stone-grey, deliberately neither cream nor white.

A recycled-brick terracotta from the Neues Museum supplies the single accent, and classical roman capitals fit the museum register. The result is calm, rectilinear, and material — sober stone panels, column-and-lintel framing, and engraved-capital labels.

柴珀菲尔德博物馆灰，提炼自英国建筑师大卫·柴珀菲尔德在柏林的克制博物馆建筑——新博物馆（Neues Museum）与詹姆斯·西蒙画廊（James-Simon-Galerie）。底色取自手工喷砂的预制混凝土，掺入萨克森伦格费尔德白大理石骨料：一种苍白、沉静、带暖意的石灰色，刻意避开米色与纯白，与博物馆岛的石灰石和砂岩相呼应。

来自新博物馆的回收砖陶土红作为唯一的点缀色，古典罗马大写字母契合博物馆的庄重气质。整体语言平静、垂直、富有材质感——沉稳的石板面、立柱与横梁的框架结构，以及如铭文般雕刻的标签字样。
