About Afterpay

Afterpay commissioned its own Pantone, Bondi Mint, and then did the unexpected thing with it: it made the colour the floor everything stands on. The primary palette is three colours only — mint, white, black — and the system works because it refuses to add more.

The recognisable unit is the instalment schedule: four circles joined by a thin line, the first one filled, each carrying a large amount. Expanded black headlines sit directly on the mint, white rounded cards float over it, and every action is a black pill.
