Achaemenid Persepolis Relief

Achaemenid Persepolis Relief translates the Apadana staircase friezes into a design system: strict profile registers, chiselled contour lines, and the deep charcoal of polished limestone. Delegations of nations file in eternal procession across banded stone.

The palette holds to what the stone still remembers — a charcoal ground with survivor traces of gilded ochre, malachite green, and warm brown-red pigment. Nothing is loud; everything is carved, ordered, and imperial.
