About Weather Control Array
Weather Control Array is built from instruments that already exist. The colours are lifted off a National Weather Service reflectivity legend, where violet means 70 dBZ and catastrophic hail. The type is IBM Plex Mono for every figure, Barlow Condensed for anything that warns.
Nothing here is decoration. Hue encodes intensity, columns encode units, and the console ground stays black so the echoes carry. The register is the one the 1977 ENMOD convention created: a capability described carefully, under review, and never presented as settled.
