CERN Collision

CERN collision event displays are the iconic visual face of LHC high-energy physics — bright helical tracks spiralling out of a black detector void, reconstructed from the ATLAS and CMS detectors. Every color is a literal legend: each hue maps to a real detector subsystem, not decoration.

This design system distills that instrument-panel aesthetic into digital form — a near-black canvas, cyan track-glow, monospace readouts, and concentric wireframe geometry. It is sober data visualization, never sci-fi spectacle.
