About Tron Grid (1982)
Tron Grid is the visual DNA of Disney's Tron (1982) and Tron: Legacy (2010): a deep-black computer-mainframe void cut by saturated neon-cyan gridlines, electric-blue runtimes, and the occasional hot-orange villain spike. Steven Lisberger's original frames and Syd Mead's Legacy concept art established a cyberspace where every surface is a hard, glowing plane.
The system reads as cyber-precision: zero radii, monospace cues, glowing 1px gridlines, and Daft Punk-era restraint. It is dark by default, saturated by design, and built around the silhouette of a Light Cycle drawing a line through the void.
