About Steampunk Victorian关于 Steampunk Victorian
Steampunk is the Victorian era powered by impossible machines — brass gears, copper pipes, leather straps, and the fantasy that the Industrial Revolution never ended, it just got more beautiful. Born from the science fiction of Jules Verne and H.G. Wells, its visual language fuses Victorian ornament with mechanical engineering.
The palette is warm metal: aged brass, copper, dark iron, and mahogany, lit by gas-flame amber. Typography is unrepentantly ornate — Playfair Display headlines above Spectral body, with Special Elite typewriter accents. Everything suggests depth, rivets, and the patina of use. The future was more elegant when it ran on steam.
