Sake Brewery Kura draws on the old *sakagura* houses of Edo-era Japan — the hanging cedar-ball *sugidama* at the eaves, the indigo-dyed *noren* curtain at the entrance, and brush-lettered bottle labels. The system speaks in deep *kon* indigo and resist-dyed white kanji, with cedar-wood and sugidama-green accents.
Vertical brush calligraphy, noren-panel cards, and cask circles carry the quiet dignity of a long-established brewing house. White is never a ground — it is the rice-paste-resist character standing against dark *aizome* cloth.
