Moroccan Zellige Tile

ProMax

Moroccan zellige is a centuries-old mosaic tradition where hand-cut terracotta tiles, glazed in mineral-rich blues, greens, and ochres, are assembled into infinite geometric patterns. This design system draws from the riads of Fez and the grandeur of the Hassan II Mosque — translating 8-point stars, interlocking polygons, and the Moroccan horror vacui into a digital interface language built on deep lapis ground, gold-ochre accents, and angular tile geometry.
