About Kathak Ghungroo Dance
Kathak is the storytelling dance of North India's Mughal courts — a whirl of vermilion-and-gold lehenga, brass ghungroo ankle bells, henna and kohl, set against jewel-toned miniature backdrops. Spinning chakkar turns catch heavy gold zari against a deep maroon field.
This system translates that courtly maximalism into interface: vermilion-maroon grounds, gold-zari borders, jewel-tone accents, and ornate Devanagari display lettering — dense, luminous, and never minimal.
