Dreamcore Liminal renders the empty institutional spaces of the early-2020s internet — closed pools, fluorescent hallways, carpeted stairwells — as uncanny stage sets scrubbed of the people they were built for. Born from the Backrooms mythos and the liminal-space photography wave, it treats an over-exposed snapshot as a visual language: flat dead light, a desaturation shift toward sickly yellow-green, and washed violet-pink walls that feel bleached rather than painted. The palette reads as "bright colors that appear faded" — lilac, rose, periwinkle, chartreuse — all cool-undertoned and sun-bleached, sitting on a dim washed-violet ground. Nothing here is cozy. It is the sensation of recognizing a place you have never been, in a dream, and knowing something is quietly wrong.
