Dhaka Shaheed Minar — Cover

About Dhaka Shaheed Minar

The Central Shaheed Minar in Dhaka — Hamidur Rahman's 1963 design — commemorates the students killed defending Bengali on 21 February 1952. Half-circular white marble columns, a mother sheltering her fallen sons, stand before a red sun disc against the sky of dawn.

This system distills that monument into a digital language: stark white marble and a red sun on a deep pre-dawn blue-black, restrained alpana line-motifs, and bold Bengali lettering. Monumental, minimalist, and solemn — never decorative, never playful.
