Botero Boterismo Volume

ProMax

Boterismo is Fernando Botero's unmistakable visual signature: figures, fruit, and animals inflated into smooth, volumetric mass, rendered with no visible brushwork and set against flat, saturated color planes. After his 1956 stay in Mexico, his palette turned vivid — burnt sienna, moss green, and ochre pulled straight from Antioquia's landscape and light, punctuated by hot reds and glowing gold.

This system translates that language into interface terms: a deep matte moss-green ground instead of white or cream, plump rounded forms with strong dark contours instead of hairline strokes, and a Latin-modern museum-editorial type voice pairing Playfair Display, Libre Baskerville, and Prata.
