Niemeyer Concrete Grayscale

Oscar Niemeyer rendered the Brazilian capital in sweeping curves of white-painted reinforced concrete — the Congress domes, the Cathedral's hyperboloid crown, the Itamaraty arches — photographed against open sky as light rakes across the surface into soft gray shadow.

This system distills that documented black-and-white photographic treatment into a cool concrete-gray ground, parabolic forms, and clean geometric sans labels. Deep grays mark the shadow and sky end of the range; generous negative space lets every curve breathe.

奥斯卡·尼迈耶以连绵的白色现浇混凝土曲线塑造了巴西首都——国会的穹顶、大教堂的双曲冠冕、伊塔马拉蒂宫的拱廊——在开阔天空映衬下被拍摄记录，斜射的光线掠过表面，融入柔和的灰色阴影之中。
