About Balletcore
Balletcore is the rehearsal room walking outside. Miu Miu's Spring/Summer 2022 satin flats pushed a studio wardrobe — footless tights, wrap cardigans, ribbed knit, grosgrain ribbon — into everyday dress, and Pinterest searches climbed more than fifteen-fold that year.
The system takes its ground from slipper satin pink and its discipline from a leotard: studio charcoal type, hairline rules, one subject per view. Bodoni Moda supplies the ballet-programme Didone, Italiana the single display line, Jost the working interface. Matte and satin only — nothing sparkles.
