Born from Banjo Paterson's bush-ballads and the Heidelberg School's plein-air canvases, the look feels like a Birdsville pub at dusk — Victorian-era serif sign-writing painted by hand on cream weatherboard, framed by red dust and the low horizon line of the eucalyptus canopy.
