Zagreb School of Animation

The Zagreb School of animated films turned scarcity into style. From the mid-1950s, animators at Zagreb Film in socialist Yugoslavia embraced UPA-style "reduced animation" — flat, witty, modernist figures drawn in single-weight line, filled with hot-orange and avocado color flats, and set on graphic card-stock fields.

This system distills that silkscreen-jazz-poster spirit: a cool card-white ground, no shading or gradients, bold poster type, and playful asymmetric layouts where one charged flat color does all the talking.

萨格勒布动画学派把"少即是多"变成了风格。自1950年代中期起，南斯拉夫社会主义联邦共和国萨格勒布电影厂的动画师们拥抱了受 UPA 启发的"简化动画"——以单一线宽勾勒的扁平、机智、现代主义人物，填充热橙与牛油果绿的纯色块，置于图形化的卡纸底色之上。

本设计系统提炼了那种丝网爵士海报的精神：冷调卡纸白底、绝无渐变与阴影、粗犷的海报字体，以及一种俏皮的非对称排版——让一抹饱和的纯色独自承担全部的表达。
