Y2K Frutiger Metal is the Chromecore branch of early-2000s futurism: polished liquid-chrome and brushed-silver surfaces, icy blue-glass sheen, and the mirror-finish metal of millennial gadgets. Chrome logotypes, bevel-gradient web graphics, and specular highlights say one thing — the future is chrome.

Set on a dark steel-blue ground so highlights read as reflective metal rather than flat white, the system pairs ice-electric blues with brushed silver. It is the glossy, optimistic-techno side of the Y2K dream — bubbles, beveled steel, and liquid-silver swooshes — not the green nature-aero variant.
