Phở Street-Stall Enamel distills the visual world of Hanoi's Old Quarter noodle stalls from 1950 to 1990: jade-green socialist-era enamelware, hand-painted red signboards, chili, steam, and low plastic stools crowded onto the sidewalk.
The system is built on a dark jade enamel ground with chili-red brush signage and a small cream enamel field that never becomes the page. Chipped surfaces, brush strokes, and dark rim lines keep everything tactile, hand-made, and unmistakably street-level.
