Teenage Engineering OP-1

Teenage Engineering's OP-1 is a CNC-machined, powder-coated aluminium synthesizer whose entire body — housing, keys, and knobs — is a single cool light grey. The only saturated color comes from four rotary encoder caps in blue, green, orange, and white.

This design system translates that hardware logic to screen: a uniform machined-grey ground, technical monospace labels in uppercase, fine seams and precise small radii, with color reserved strictly for tiny instrument-panel dots.

Teenage Engineering 的 OP-1 是一台 CNC 数控加工、粉末喷涂的铝合金合成器——机身、琴键、旋钮统统是同一种冷调浅灰，唯一的饱和色来自四颗旋转编码器旋钮帽：蓝、绿、橙，以及取自亮色调的白。

本设计系统把这套硬件逻辑搬到屏幕上：统一的机械灰底色、全大写的技术等宽标签、细密的接缝与精确的小圆角，而色彩只保留给那几个仪表盘式的小圆点。整体读起来是哑光、机加工、冷静而克制的工业器物语言，绝不出现奶油色或纯白底，也绝不出现大面积的饱和色块。
