Spice Souk Bazaar

The Spice Souk Bazaar draws from the covered markets of Aleppo and the Levant — al-Madina Souk and the spice halls of Damascus and Istanbul, where conical heaps of turmeric, saffron, paprika, and sumac blaze beside burlap sacks, hanging brass scales, and hand-painted Arabic signboards.

This is not a bright paper palette. It is a dim, warm-shaded covered market: sackcloth and dark stall-wood fill the frame in deep browns, and turmeric-orange is the single colour that glows out of the shade. Reem Kufi signboards crown each panel; Amiri and Naskh carry the detail beneath.

香料市集取材自阿勒颇与黎凡特的有顶市集——阿勒颇的麦地那古市、大马士革与 伊斯坦布尔的香料厅。锥形堆起的姜黄、藏红花、辣椒粉与漆树果在粗麻布袋、 悬挂的黄铜秤与手绘阿拉伯招牌之间闪着光。

这套体系绝非明亮的纸面色调，而是一座昏暗、暖荫笼罩的有顶市集：粗麻布与 深色货架木充满画面，沉入深褐的底色之中，唯有姜黄橙是从阴影里透出光来的 那一抹颜色。Reem Kufi 招牌字加冕每一块面板，Amiri 与 Naskh 在其下承载细节。
