Manila LVN Film Poster

The film posters of Manila's Golden-Age studios — LVN, Sampaguita, and Premiere — were hand-painted and airbrushed for the silver screen between roughly 1946 and 1960. Bold star portraits in warm flesh tones and cream script titles sit against a dramatic black field charged with saturated red. The result is theatrical, painterly, and unapologetically high-contrast.

This design system distills that lobby-card drama into a digital palette: poster black grounds, scarlet banners, airbrushed flesh and gilt gold, with cream script reserved for the title voice. Every surface should feel painted, spotlit, and built to sell a story.
