Māori Koru Spiral (Aotearoa)

The koru — an unfurling silver-fern frond — is Māori cosmology's emblem of new life and cyclical growth. This design system channels the deep totara wood, pounamu green, paua-shell iridescence, and kokowai red ochre of traditional whakairo carving into a digital interface language.

Every element echoes the bilateral symmetry of kowhaiwhai rafter painting and the structural elegance of the wharenui meeting house, producing a restrained yet richly layered dark palette that feels carved rather than drawn.

科鲁（koru）是毛利宇宙观中代表新生与循环的银蕨嫩芽图腾。本设计体系将奥特亚罗瓦传统木雕（whakairo）中的深色托塔拉木、碧玉绿、鲍鱼壳虹彩蓝绿与红赭石色转化为数字界面语言。

每一个元素都呼应着会议屋（wharenui）椽梁彩绘的对称韵律与结构优雅，营造出一种沉稳厚重、仿若刀凿而非笔绘的深色视觉系统。
