The Holstein-Friesian is the black-and-white cow every carton of fresh milk borrows its identity from. Its coat is a cool, milk-white hide broken by sharply bordered, irregular black patches — never soft, never blended. This system takes that hide literally: a deep piebald black signature, hard-edged patch shapes, and a fresh-milk ground held deliberately off dead white. A recessive red-and-white line supplies the single accent.
