About Club Penguin
A design system lifted from Club Penguin, the Flash virtual world New Horizon Interactive opened in Kelowna in 2005. White snow is the page, sky-blue panels hold the controls, and every frame, title and button wears a thick navy outline.
Titles are set in Lilita One, a stand-in for Burbank Big, stroked in navy. Body copy and chat balloons use Montserrat. Calls to action are yellow pills with a glossy top highlight, and coins and badges show up in orange. The shapes are round and the copy is warm and plain.
