Cigar Box Label (Cuban)

Cuban cigar box labels are chromolithographs glued to dark Spanish-cedar boxes: gold-leaf embossed scrollwork, a deep tobacco-brown field, heraldic crests, and engraved neoclassical serif lettering. Each label was printed from twelve to twenty-five separate stones in metallic gold ink and richly saturated colour.

This system distills that gilt maximalism into a digital language — a dark embossed litho field as the reading ground, metallic gold as the defining ink, oxblood and heraldic green as the saturated supporting palette, and engraved capital serifs that catch the light like raised gold leaf.

古巴雪茄盒标是贴在深色西班牙雪松木盒上的彩色石版画：金箔压印的卷草纹饰、深烟草棕的石版底色、纹章徽记与雕版般的新古典衬线字母。每一枚标签都由十二到二十五块独立石版套印而成，使用金属质感的金墨与饱和浓郁的色彩。

本设计系统将这种鎏金极繁美学转化为数字语言——以深色压印石版底色作为阅读地，以金属金作为标志性的主墨，以牛血红与纹章绿构成饱和的辅色，并以雕刻般的大写衬线字母在光下如凸起的金箔般熠熠生辉。绝不使用奶油色或纯白底色，地始终是深色的雪松烟草场。
