About Ant Design
Ant Design is the enterprise design language Ant Financial open-sourced from Hangzhou in 2015 to run the back-office screens behind Alipay's business products. It is built for people who spend eight hours a day in tables, filters and approval forms, not for people browsing.
The system is deliberately quiet: a light grey canvas, white panels, a navy sider and header, and #1677ff blue reserved for the one action that matters on each screen. Everything sits at 14px on 32px controls, so a dense Chinese form or a twenty-column table still fits on one screen.
