About Egyptian Political Poster
Egyptian Political Poster distills the visual language of Nasser-era Cairo: revolutionary red and black, the gold Eagle of Saladin, and monumental kufic slogans printed on matte litho poster stock. State print houses produced a graphic vocabulary of heroic workers, dams, and flags rendered in flat, high-contrast color separations.
This system carries that propaganda intensity to screen — a saturated state-print red ground, bold black keylines, condensed Latin caps, and gold-and-green emblem accents reserved for the eagle and flag.
