About Mod Scooter Chrome
Mod Scooter Chrome is the visual language of early-to-mid 1960s British Mod youth — sharp-dressed teenagers riding Italian Vespa GS and Lambretta scooters armoured with stacks of mirror-mounted spotlamps and gleaming chrome. It is crisp, tailored and modernist.
The system reads like mirror-polished bodywork seen in shadow: a deep chrome-steel ground lit by RAF-roundel blue, target red and faded duck-egg pastels, set in bold condensed poster grotesques.
