Soylent Green (1973) is the grimy template for ecological-collapse cinema: John Solie's one-sheet renders a dying, overheated world in toxic green over a sky of polluted near-black air. Condensed dystopian title type, photostat grain, and halftone haze carry the mood — grim, foreboding, suffocating.

This design system distills that poster into a digital language: a smoggy black field, sickly ecological greens, severe condensed sans headlines, and a typewriter credit voice, all degraded by film grain and smog.
