The cat's-eye marble is a small miracle of mass production: a clear glass sphere with a 4-to-6 blade colored vane suspended inside, born in Japanese glassworks and churned out by the millions in American factories from the 1950s on. Light bends through the dome, the vane glows aqua-green, and the whole thing throws a soft round shadow.
This system borrows that honest transparency. Surfaces read like glass — refractive, luminous, cool — and everything floats on a deep teal ground dark enough to let the swirl and its shadow pop. Rounded display type and clustered circular cards keep it tactile and friendly, never slick.
