About LAMY safari

A design system built from one injection-moulded object: the LAMY safari, drawn by Wolfgang Fabian in 1980 as a DM 18 school pen. The page is a white catalogue sweep, and safari yellow does almost all of the colour work against it.

Layouts behave like product sheets. One form sits off-centre, thin leader lines point to labelled parts, and colourway grids repeat the same shape while only the colour changes. Type is a plain geometric sans set tight and mostly in lower case.
