Elysium Orbital

Elysium (2013), Neill Blomkamp's class-divide allegory, is built on a single brutal contrast: the manicured Stanford-torus ring above — turquoise lakes, white mansions, impossibly lush lawns — set against the rusted, dust-grey scrap of Earth's slums below. The class divide is the brief.

This system honors the "deficit" Earth-side half with a deep green-black ground so the elite lawn green pops. DIN-family signage type and stencil mono labels channel Syd Mead's industrial futurism; tan and grey carry Earth's corroded decay.
