Velvet Cinema Deco recreates the dim auditorium of a 1920s Art Deco movie palace — deep aubergine velvet drapes and plush purple walls edged with gilt-gold ornamental linework. Under low house lights, eggplant-jewel-tone plush meets bright geometric gold fluting, chevron ornament, and sunburst motifs.

This is the golden-age picture palace at its most opulent: rich, dim, and theatrical. Aubergine velvet is the canonical luxury-theater-curtain ground — jewel-toned, never cream — and every gilt hairline catches a warm spotlight.
