Champeta Picó Sound

ProMax

Champeta picó turns sound systems into art: enormous hand-painted wooden speaker stacks blazing under colored lights at night-time street bailes on Colombia's Caribbean coast. Dragons, musicians, portraits and shout-it-out lettering brand each set, glowing against the dark of the dancing crowd.

This system distills that psychedelic, fluorescent exuberance into the screen — a deep night-baile ground lit by tropical orange, chrome yellow, picó green, magenta and cyan, with fat painted display type and the glow of speaker-wall artwork.
