Giant's Causeway Basalt

The Giant's Causeway is a Paleogene lava field of roughly 40,000 interlocking hexagonal columns of tholeiitic basalt, fractured into honeycomb geometry as the flow cooled. This system reads that landscape the way contemporary geo-photography does: wet matte stone, cold neutral grays, faint iron-oxide weathering, all sunk into a mist-bound North Atlantic ground.

It is engineered for editorial depth — literary serifs against strict hexagonal tessellation, column-edge dividers, slate highlights catching damp light. Never warm, never glossy, never soft. The discipline of the rock is the discipline of the page.

巨人之路位于北爱尔兰安特里姆海岸，是古近纪火山熔岩冷却后断裂成的玄武岩柱阵——约四万根 六棱石柱彼此咬合，自然生长出蜂巢般的几何秩序。这套设计语言以当代地质摄影的眼光去看这片 岩石：湿润的哑光石面、冷调中性灰、淡淡的铁锈氧化痕，全部沉在北大西洋雾气笼罩的暗色地面里。
