Arcane Hextech is a system built on vertical tension: gilded Piltover above, poison-lit Zaun below, and faceted hextech crystals as the connective glow between them. Everything sits in the dark, yet nothing is flat black — a colored haze always pushes up from underneath. Brass filigree catches light against gunmetal, cyan crystal energy cuts through steam, and toxic green and shimmer violet bleed from the undercity. Progress and rot share the same pipes, and both of them glow.
