An-Nahar Beirut Press (1933)

An-Nahar ("The Day") is the pioneering Lebanese daily founded in Beirut on 4 August 1933 as a four-page hand-set paper. Its identity was an austere black naskh masthead over dense Linotype Arabic columns, printed on coarse, aged grey-beige newsprint and broken only by thin red and black rule lines and woodcut-style headline ornaments.

This design system distills that early serious-press look: inky right-to-left columns, boxed mastheads, visible newsprint grain, and a single accent — the rule-line red. It is dense, ruled, and editorial, never clean or airy.

《家园报》（An-Nahar，意为"白昼"）是黎巴嫩先驱性的日报，1933 年 8 月 4 日由图埃尼家族在贝鲁特创办，最初只是四版手工排字的报纸。它的视觉标志是肃穆的黑色纳斯赫体（naskh）报头，配上密集的莱诺铸排阿拉伯文栏目，印在粗糙泛黄的灰米色新闻纸上，仅以纤细的红黑分隔线和木刻风格的标题装饰加以划分。

本设计系统提炼了这种早期严肃报业的气质：油墨厚重、自右向左的多栏排版、框线报头、可见的新闻纸纹理，以及唯一的点缀色——分隔线红。它密集、有线、富有编辑感，绝不干净或通透。
