About System Shock (Citadel cyberspace)
System Shock drops the player aboard Citadel Station against SHODAN, the rogue AI whose cyberspace renders as neon-green wireframe vector corridors over a pure-black void. Terminals glow in phosphor green with scanline CRT grime, while magenta and purple mark hostile data and SHODAN's threat.
This design system distills that 1994 immersive-sim into screen language: harsh glowing green, pixel-terminal type, glitch artifacts, and the void as ground — never soft, never clean.
